Wow! Expensive but you won't believe your eyes when you see your baby swimming across the pool! Worth every penny! These instructors are nice and caring but they get the job done! The kids all love to swim here! No crying or fear!

The school is very unorganized and lacks the necessary tools to run appropriately. Many times the billing was two to three times higher than it should have been, the class time slots and days were not in place when we arrived (after driving 45 min to location) and the instructors were coaching while severally ill (ie: Bronchitis). In addition to this my children were not progressing after 12...

I am a Swim Otters Parent who has had my kids in lessons since my oldest was 9 months! This company is a fabulous, caring company and will not let you down. Some people are just miserable and want to destroy others at any cost. Beware of what you read on the internet - it is not always true!
