Beware!!! Nice Pool but don't expect your bond back...

Caveat Emptor!!! As a previous member we liked the pool, but 7 years later we still have not received our deposit / bond. Unfortunately, it is forcing us to take them to court...

It has been 5 years for me and, my $700.00 has not yet been returned. Phone calls are not returned either! Beware!

The pool and club is great, but don't expect to get your money back... at least in a timely basis. It has been over 7 years and we still have not received our bond back, even though we ask for it every year!! Legal action is next since it seems to be our only recourse...
