Dry cleaning is dry cleaning, but when you add great service you get Swansons! The employees are always super duper nice and frequently greet me by name. Anytime I have ever had an issue with an item (which is uncommon), they are always helpful in getting it resolved and usually without charging me. …

You are kidding me? Nearly $9 per item-- no pleats or delicate fabrics- just an average pair of slacks or a suit skirt!Just steam and press.Very overpriced place, albeit the staff is nice.
