Dr. Kay is a poor communicator. I have had to continually reach out to her to find out what the next steps were to figure out a diagnosis. She also has not actually told me a diagnosis, she just prescribed medication without even discussing it over the phone.

Dr. Kay helped me understand what caused my eye pain and vision problems, ruled out other potential neurological problems, and gave me good advice on what I should do to decrease the likelihood of recurrence, She was smart and helpful.
