Don't buy a dress or anything else here!!!
If you value the memory of the day you find that perfect dress then PLEASE do not shop here! The owner has made this whole experience something not worth remembering. You walk in and the store is nice and the sales girls are great. Just stay clear of the owner, Suzanne. I found a dress, put down a $650.00 deposit. My dress was over a month late just getting to the store. I received NO phone call or apology. I had to call myself to find out that is was not there. When I called again I was told it had been there for 10 days. After that it just got worse and worse. The owner, Suzanne, is rude, unapologetic and condescending. She has no customer service skills and she made me feel harassed. You would think that when you are spending $1300.00 on a wedding dress and still have tuxes, bridesmaids and a flower girl to shop for you would at least be treated well. Not here. Certainly not by Suzanne. But that is not the worst thing that happened. Suzanne sent me a letter in the mail that stated she would be placing my dress on the sales floor when it had been paid for in full only days prior. She treatened to sell it even though she had already received a $650.00 deposit and a $700.00 payment that paid the dress off. I had to go get it right away to insure that that did not happen. And this was after telling me that they would hold the dress up until my wedding day, so that I did not have to store it at home. Also, when asked about several so called misunderstandings, she told me that I was misinformed by the sales girl and that she was not responsible for that. Last I checked when you own a business, anything, good or bad done by your employee IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! To top it off there is no one you can complain to, Suzanne is the owner of the store and she was the only one who caused any problems and the only one with ZERO customer service.
