bad customer service

Rented a blow-in insulation machine, took it home set it all up put a bag of insulation in; machine didn't work. Called the store they said, "oh yeah we've been having trouble with that machine sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, go ahead and bring it in we'll switch it out.
