Poor quality work, late, rude

They didn't show up the first day.
They were 2 hours late the next day.
They guaranteed the carpet would dry in 1-3 hours. It's still wet 30 hours later and they are jerking me around. There are much more reliable carpet cleaners out there for the same price.
