Furnace went out so I would make a call to them since they serviced it. Waited 2 hrs and finally got a call back. By this time I made a call to another business and told them that I have someone else coming out. Didn't even get to say thank you for the call back and got hung up on. Wonderful customer service! We have a big and very old house. We had our ducts cleaned today for the first time since we've lived here. Casey visited our house first. Brent completed the work the next day! He made it comfortable having him in our home for the day and it was incredible seeing the results of the cleaning. Thank you for your great work!
