I've recently moved into a home where the prior owners had Superior Water install their RO and Water Softener systems. So I've reached out to Rich (owner) and Barbara (secretary?) of this company for a walk through orientation and service of their system. After months of searching for the perfect filter and softener system I found Superior water conditioning in wyckoff. That same week Rich came out to take a look. They did a great job on the install that same week and we no longer suffer from all the hard water! Thanks again for the great service

Just be warned that although they do a decent job when they finally show up, but, as others have mentioned, they're constantly cancelling appointments. Stayed home from work more than once for nothing.
