Terrible All Around

I spent a great deal of time on a different review site a few months ago explaining the many problems we had with this business. My review is not listed and somehow I see they have five stars now! Our van is in even worse shape now (falling apart) and they still don't care! It's a sad situation when anyone takes advantage of the disabled as though we don't already have enough problems. Although they enjoy a monopoly on this type of "service" in the Fort Wayne area, I believe it would be worthwhile to drive much further to another dealer than deal with this one!
