This was by far the worst experience we have had with a rehab. The project, a complete home renovation, began in late October 2015, and was supposed to be completed by mid-January 2016. In late April 2016, after three months delay, lies about plumbing and electrical inspections, sub-par work, and a host of excuses, we terminated the contract and found another company to complete the renovations. The new contractor had to re-do much of the sub-par work of Superior Solutions by Design, Inc.
They deserve no stars...Please stay away from this company.
It actually was a kitchen remodel. The overall result is a beautiful brand new kitchen. My only concern was that I was not given samples of flooring to choose from and was given false inaccurate information about laminate flooring. I ended up getting a floor that is not my first choice and the project manager was not accommodating about this concern.
This 15 day project took 3 months to complete.
