I didnt' have a good experience with Superior Home Improvements. They weren't even done with our floors when the glue came undone on the tiling. I called them about this and they weren't very cooperative. I had to call a few times. Then they changed the workers and the supervisors. They came back once and replaced it. I don't know if it was the material they used or what, but the same thing...

Bad floor work

It took a month for this company to do a few small rooms with tile. The first attempt was done by an unqualified tilerer, which had to be ripped up and completely done all over again. The second crew did a good job however; the last bathroom was done so quick that he hastily bolted my sink back in and ripped the drywall out without fixing it. Israel & his team were fantastic. Great customer service, very informative & knowledgable in hardwood flooring. We spent weeks shopping around & we are so glad we choose Superior Home Improvements. They did a fantastic job!
