I just had North Pole service both of my Friedrich AC units. One had to be taken away in order to be properly cleaned too. The technicians that came to my house were lovely, polite and efficient....

They are very polite and fast workers. They were able to diagnose the problem rather quickly and set to repair those problems right away. The price is fair for hvac type jobs. The only negative comment I have is that they were two hours late for the appointment. I would use them again but probably when my schedule is more flexible.
