We are now 4 months into the process of getting a simple screen room for our home. When we purchased we were told it would be 2 months. Follow up is horrible at best they tell you every 2 weeks...

Superior aluminum is a one stop shop. They handled the concrete the permitting and the screen room as well. They were very easy to work with. whatever questions we had, they would answer them...

Beware!!!!! Horrible customer service, rookies doing the work, wrong order several times, worst customer service

Warm not hot. I stopped at this restaurant tonight waiter was unorganized and overwhelmed. I ordered my appetizer and my meal. The meal was a tofu dish that is traditionally spicy and served very hot.it was actually just warm. My appetizer came out after I finished my entree. I will not be back.

All my double pain windows have lost their seal, Superior (Elite Glass who supplied the glass) replaced some but know I'm not getting a responce back from Superior for the others tat have gone bad. I've called numerous time getting a promise that Mike will call me back and never get a return call. BEWARE!
