Friendly employees , the house cleaning staff was supper nice . My only complaint is our air condition in our room was not working. It got super warm in our room. I told cleaning staff about it and she told me that it was reported but never got fixed. I also told front desk about it and they just said we will report it to maintenance .

I believe i checked into the hotel at 3:45 or so. Went to my room to find the maid wasn't quite done cleaning it yet and had no idea why the front desk had given me that room without knowing it wasn't clean. Also, they advertise free wifi. I arrived at 5:30pm and needed to rush to make a dinner reservation. I put my things in the room, noticed it was stuffy and a little smelly so I turned the air conditioner to high and left. Great stay, great staff - how about better pillows

Everything was good -- except the pillows were flat and the towels a bit thin. This hotel is very well run. I have paid twice as much and gotten half the service of the staff.
