Location\n\nBreakfast bar needed bananas\n\nHotel had a GREAT location, ample parking, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good business stay.

Staff was amazing, location was great! Very helpful and courteous staff. I needed several things done like copy/ fax/ print, they were so helpful and accommodating about that, it made me feel at home!

The first person I met at the staff desk was very accommodating. Even allowing me to use her personal phone charger when I forgot my own. That was nice.\n\nReceiving a phone call at 11:45 p.m. demanding that I report to the desk and pay for an extra nights stay when it had been handled on arrival. Ruined my sleep and is unacceptable.\n\nThe location of the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean...

We were given a room on the floor for smokers, and the room we were given smelled to high heaven of smoke. Next time we will make sure we specify Non Smoking.
