Staff came off as somewhat lackadaisical and indifferent. I then had the misfortune of rooming next door to a couple of very loud, barking dogs, and directly beneath someone wearing what must have been cinder blocks for shoes... but I could have asked to change rooms if it were that bad (dogs kept quiet at night, but that's it).
