The room was large and clean. Updated. Staff was excellent... Especially going back in after I locked myself out. Will definitely stay there again.

Super 8's are usually decent for the money, including this one. They recently renovated and everything is new. Very good value for the money, especially in Chicago. 1) no pool, no hot tub, no exercise facility
2) staff don't understand English well. Missed a call from a tour operator to cancel tour (showed up but didn't need to I got themessage)
