The hotel is OK for the price. But be aware: the rooms are well worn; the bed is not particularly comfortable; the bathroom has seen better days; the carpet was worn and stained; the air conditioner/heat kinda worked; and the exit off I35 at 95th street is torn down for a rebuild (THAT was interesting. A lot of foreigners live or stay at the hotel. They are very loud and don't respect the paying guests. Cooking nasty smelling food that stinks up the other rooms. Plain and simple I only stay there for the value and that's it. The front desk tenders are very nice. Its not them its the people who stay or live there. I try to catch a nap and they are too loud in their rooms or the hallway. Will...

Simple, Affordable, Excellent Service

We needed a simple, inexpensive place to stay, nothing fancy - but it was clean, comfortable, and the owners were very professional and accommodating. The breakfast was quite good considering how inexpensive the stay was (waffles, bananas, yogurt, juice, muffins, coffee, toast, plus).
