This hotel was terrible. We paid for our room on hotels.com before arrival. Once we checked in the hotel charged us again, when we notified them we had been charged twice they told us to give it 24 hours and the money would be put back into our account, the next day we checked our account and we had been charged again. We didn't get our money back until a week after we had checked out. We also...

Can not believe there was no elevator in this place of business! ..This is a hotel that is two to three stories and has no elevator. .Stairs were unsafe and dangerous! ..Had no idea you can run a hotel that way...Will not ever stay there a gain! Very very unsafe!
