If they put half as much in to customer service as they did in to the security system it would get a 4 star. The place was clean, the breakfast was nothing to brag about, wasn't even able to make a waffle it was water. There was a huge crack in the doorway of my room between the door and the frame I saw daylight till 8 pm as the rooms face southwest. Huge energy loss and waste. A/C came on...
