Location.\n\nThe room was gross, smelled like cigarettes, dogs barking the whole night, also got double charged for the room and they still haven't paid me back. Staff doesn't speak English so communication is terrible. Way over priced for what you get.

Half way between where i left and where i was going\n\nLeft something in the room. Called 30 mins after i left. Explained exactly where i left it. Showed back up 3 days later to pick up my items. Was told they couldnt find and they didnt have my number to call me. Didnt have my number? Its on the reservation.
