When my car was broken into and looted, I needed my driver side window repaired. I had never really needed auto glass repair before and had no idea where to go. I feel very fortunate to have found SunTec Auto Glass. When I called, the phone operator was extremely helpful. We sat up an appointment for the next afternoon. The technician did a great job on the replacement. He took the time to make sure all the glass was clean after installing it and proceeded to vacuum the broken glass out of my car. SunTec raised the bar even higher by filling out all of the paperwork for me. I was so frazzled before I called SunTec, but they helped put everything back in order.
SunTec Auto Glass deserves two thumbs up for outstanding customer service! When I made the decision to invest in auto glass tinting, SunTec was there for me every step of the way. When the technician showed up at my house to do the work, I was really impressed with the level of professionalism in both how he conducted and presented himself. A friend of mine had auto glass tinting on his truck by someone other than SunTec and they did a really poor job, so I was a little nervous. SunTec did a fantastic job! My car never looked better.
