I will admit that I was a slacker in '08 and I wasn't consistent with my practice. It is a new year and I have returned to SunStone in the past few weeks. I was a member of Sunstone yoga for over 2 years. I loved Sunstone in the beginning, before it became too crowded and students were asked to move mats--way too close to other students. I arrived early for classes to secure a spot in the room and to have some quiet time to relax and almost always had to move. However,I was willing to overlook these minor inconveniences.
