It's location, proximity to Dartmouth and it's price makes it ideal for an overnight stay. Also, the rooms seemed to be well soundproofed (or our neighbors were very quiet). The bed was comfortable. It's always nice to have a fridge and microwave.\n\nThe room is small, esp the bathroom - but one can't really ask for more at this price. There are parts that are run down and need repair. It...
The hotel was very close to Tuck School of Business. I was able to park my car right in front of my room and it seemed to be safe in the area - though it was pitch dark right outside the hotel at night.\n\nRoaches in bathroom. Absolutely no water in tiny bathroom sink's tap. I survived on water I bought from store to brush my teeth/wash. No warm water in Shower in Jan!!! No staff answering...
Given the low ratings seen on the Internet, it was a delightful surprise of cleanliness, comfortable beds with a variety of pillow height and softness. We even had a terrific view of the river. Most appreciative of the whole experience\n\nNot at all. We were looking for clean, simple and comfortable and found it here
