The staff runs the RV park just fine at good rates for services rendered with a lot of campers most of the time, an a pool and workout room sufficient to get exercise in private. Their always around to answer questions and found to be helpful as we have been in several parks over the years.People have a hard time maintaining the 5 mile an hour speed limit as most vehicles travel at 9 to 12 mile an hour at a idle or higher.Service animals (service monkeys) are allowed in Mississippi by wildlife and officials and always on a leash.People always seem to run up to the monkeys all at once to check them out, not staying back or on their own lot, the monkey in the road walking with its owner a sight to see, not doing nothing to cause encroachment by other with out permission by owner that's disabled with service animals walking.Remember this is a pet friendly RV park so be prepared to put up with animals, the cats help keep away unwanted snakes and other critters away and have not seen any this summer while there. Anytime you get a lot of people together you have to get a long or their will be problems.Their are working or trade people in the park at different times and sometimes have get together and holiday parties that go a little late but not that late with safety always present.Usually they stay a short time while doing their different jobs and then they move on to the next job making their living. Some people just have more fun and let off steam, than others people that does no make them or you bad people, just outgoing.I have a stock springer Harley and go slow in the park and never had any problems in the park with staff, only people waving as we go bye.Check this RV park out for good rates and is very close to stores and fun. A HAPPY DISABLED CAMPER WITH SERVICE ANIMALS
My family and I stayed here a few weeks ago. Staff and owner were nice at first, then found every little thing they could to complain about. They make up the rules as they want. The rule sheet they give you is useless if they don't abide by them. The staff and the owner speed and drive the wrong way but will actualy run people down if they think they are speeding. One camper has monkeys that walks around with them on a leash, they tried to bit me and my child. I complained to staff and was more or less blown off. Monkeys are not legal to have as a service animal in Mississippi. The people that have the monkeys had 4 taken away from them in louisiana in 2011. Why would a RV resort put people in danger by allowing monkeys to be roaming and going to the pool? Who wants to go to the pool with monkeys? Wouldn't recommend this park!!! It's a zoo! And the cats are all running freely at the office and staffs dog is not on leash. Pets are great but this place has rules for the staff and a separate set for guests. Could be a nice place if new staff and owners were to take over......
