I was worried about where to go for my navel piercing. After speaking to Matt I felt comfortable; he's got 11 years of experience piercing. He answered all my questions about sterilization, the autoclave, spore tests, etc.

I was nervous when I got there but he was very cool and funny and made me and my friends laugh.
And it didn't hurt!
