I've been taking my 3 year old there since she was born and I have always had a great experience. There is minimal wait time and the waiting area is spacious, clean and has books and toys aplenty to distract the little ones.

The staff upfront are the nicest you'll find anywhere. They are super friendly and helpful and always willing to lend their ear to your problem.
