Yesterday I dropped my car keys down a drain by error, and was so convinced that it would be really expensive to replace. I was wrong though, because since I used this company it was affordable to have a new one made.
2am after leaving a local club, I realized that I couldn't find my apartment keys. The technician came out and made me a new key before the sun came up!
They made me a new transponder key yesterday. I called the dealer and on top of charging me a lot they told me I would have to make an appointment and then wait a couple of days to get the key. I didn't have a problem with this company. I didn't even have to leave my house. They arrived an hr later (I requested it like that), did my key and were on their way.
I am more than glad this company was the one to help me out. I locked myself out the car Tuesday afternoon. They arrived quicker than expected and even their prices were lower than the other companies I had called. The locksmith opened my door and with no damages to the lock.
The customer service this locksmith had was amazing, I wish it was like that everywhere. they really showed that they cared and were willing to help me and give me the best service. Super friendly and patient with me, walked through the whole process with me and communicated with me what was going to be done and the pricing, before anything was even started. It was great! Nice people and company to work with if your looking for a locksmith!

can not say enough positive things about This locksmith company. My girlfriend and I went to them based on the internet - and they were wonderful. The service was very responsive, patient and fair . If you have find yourself locked out of house, give them a call, they are open 24 hours, we even got a real customer service person at 1 in the morning!!
I just need my house rekey and called this guys. They gave me a fair price for the job and even fixed one of the door for free, it was fast and easy. I will save the number for sure.
