I was in awe at the level of service my husband received after transferring from a horrible nursing/rehab center facility in Augusta County after being there 3 days . The quality of care has steadily declined over the past 4-5 years, especially on weekends when there seems to be a skeleton crew at best. My family member has been physically injured due to inattentive staff.

Absolutely horrible nursing care!! Nurses were condescending to me and my family when I called to check on my mother. The nurses responses were predictably; "I have never taken care of your mother before, I do not know what is going on with her." Physical Therapy was wonderful. They gladly communicated with me daily, with updates and progress reports of how my mother was responding to therapy.
