Ive been a patient of Dr. Gubbalas for years but am considering leaving. She ok- knowledgble but can be dismissive.
The office has beacons a nightmare though- high staff turnover, no one answers the phone- youre routed to VM & theres a 50/50 chance youll get a call back. VERY long wait to see the Dr (1.5-2 months) but still accepting new patients- so seems it will get worse.
Dr. Gubbala is a excellent medical professional, in my opinion. She is very present during examination, with a calm demeanor and willingness to listen with great intent. I am so grateful she is my physician. Simply a lovely human being and I wish there were many more like her practicing in primary care. She is a gem.
Dr. Gubbala ALWAYS takes the time to really listen to me and offer various plans of care. I also like the fact that when you arrive in the office, there is a board that tells if the doctor is running on time or if there will be a delay - and how long the delay will be. Only once in all the years that I've been going to her, has there been a delay - due to an emergency.
Dr. Gubbala addresses any/all of your concerns. She listens to her patients and also allows for your input of your care. I feel I can totally trust her with my health care. She is there for u as her patient.
