I went into the ward warehouse branch to buy a $250 sunglasses. Got no customer service and when I asked the sales person about the return policy he said "don't but anything you don't want". I was so surprised I asked him to repeat. He said they don't want customers who buy and return sunglasses. I just turned around and walked out.
