I recently took my vacuum in to get a new brush.the owner ck it out replace the belt.the price was very costly.I then took it home and plug it in and turn it on it made a horrible noise. Don't take your sewing machine OR vacuum there. It took almost 5 weeks to get a part for my sewing machine, even though each week they said it would be in THAT week. Then, when it FINALLY comes in, I go to get it and they had CLOSED EARLY for a three day weekend that I NEEDED my sewing machine. Then, they have the nerve to call me and leave a message that I should come get my sewing machine...

I took my very old Kenmore portable sewing machine into Vacuums R Us several months ago. Finally with holidays over, I finally got to use my machine today.
