The buildings are a little old but the staff is excellent and any maintenance issues are taken care of within two days. Pat in the office is the nicest lady you will ever meet. Apartment are very safe because of indoor entrance to apartment and locked doors that require card keys. The street can be loud sometimes because of nearby fire station. I have lived at Summit Park for awhile. Everyone I've met has been very nice and helpful. The maintenance and apt manager are friendly and organized.

The manager is really nice and helpful. I absolutely love the maintenance men.They were always quick to fix things. The only problem I ever had with them happened when we moved out. We paid a professional cleaning company to clean the carpets and had the apartment left spotless. At the end of the day they kept our deposit and we had to pay 300.00 for cleaning supplies...really?!?

I lived at Summit for about 7 months and would love to live there again. I had a roommate that was never home and I felt safe. The staff was very helpful with everything. All bills paid so you don't have to worry about utilities. Great!!!!

I live in the Summit Park Apartments, and I just love it! They are spacious, quiet, and the staff is excellent. I've never had a problem getting anything fixed, and the neighbors are the nicest people in the world. I've lived in a couple other apartments in Amarillo, and these are the best in town.
