We had been looking for a Spa for sometime and noted Summerwind in Carrboro carried the Baja brand, (manufacturing plants in Tucson, AZ and Salisbury, NC, Energy Star Partner and Weatherwrap not foam insulation plus many more features). We walked in, asked millions of questions about an in store model. We called and asked more questions and then we went back in for more questions that we had.... more

We have used their pool cleaning service for several years and they have been excellent. They also open our pool and close it for the winter. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff seemed friendly and knowledgable and eager to help. I've been to three other places in the area and recieved unsatifactory service. Overall I am happy and a customer since 2003.
