I called Sullivan for service on a water heater & scheduled for Thursday, late that afternoon I gave them a call, the unit needed a water valve and they were to advise me of costs. I called late Friday & was told the tech was on his way to install the part, I was to receive a call regarding cost first. The cost was over $650. I told him not to proceed and send me a bill for the service call. ...

Awesome customer service!! Came to my rescue too. We were out of oil for over a week, stuck gauge, and current then company X (lessig) wasn't going to deliver for 9 days. . Called Jennifer and I received oil quicker from them then company X could return a phone call. THANK YOU.

Thank you Jennifer, Debbie, Dave, Max and Greg. Sullivan responded with compassion, efficiency, and speed during our community emergency in Hickory Hills Mobile Home park on 28Feb14. There were several local fuel companies responding to the situation, but I am so happy that I am now part of the Sullivan customer family....
