The locals don't want you there ...

All in all an enjoyable round. Round took 4 hours and 5 minutes which included a stop for beverages at the turn. We had a group of 4 locals behind us that got disorderly claiming we were playing slow and that we ignored their request to play through. They hit into our group numerous times. A Real Hidden Gem

I had heard about Sugar Tree for years but never ventured out for a round until last week. It was just as described and maybe a bit tougher than I expected. The course conditions were great considering they are located on the edge of where the west begins. If your handicap is over 15 you should bring extra balls! The layout and scenery is not what you'd expect, just beautiful!

Keep the driver in the bag!

This course has narrow fairways with a lot of dog legs and blind shots. The driver is not the best choice on many holes. I really enjoyed playing it.

You will need to bend tee shots left and right on many of these wonderful golf holes. The beauty of our many water features and the quiet calm of nature will absolutely take your breath away. If you have not visited SugarTree, please make the trip, and I can promise you, SugarTree will be added to your list of favorite places to play.
