Sugar Creek is a wonderful place. My family recently moved my Mother there and the change in her attitude and happiness is amazing! She is like a different person, smiling and seems genuinely happy again with her surroundings. The staff ,all the CNA's and nurses are amazing people, so kind and understanding in everything they do for the residents. Thank you Sugar Creek Alzheimer Care you are...

well the residents was so sweet staff so so accepted Kim Wells and few more ladies I would recommend my love there overall

The food is terrible, not consistant with the nutritional needs of the dementia patient. Sometimes a resident does not get fed or food is removed before the family member is finished!!!!

Many issues with family members and concern with their family members care and safety. Alzheimer's care is not very complete. Private rooms are not respected. Other patients come an go out of others rooms. There seems to not be any watching of behavior. There are many other concerns. If we have to be charged for private room and special care. We should receive better treatment.
