I have to preface this with the fact that I understand that they probably get a lot of calls from people to open locks for nefarious purposes and they have to be vigilant. John really knows what he is doing. I hired him to install a lock for my double doors. He was very professional with the job and cared about getting it done right. I would recommend this company to anyone.
