As one can imagine, change has issues under almost any circumstance. We have been with Dr Sue for a decade and we will miss his friendly. honest ways. I very disappointed that after three weeks, my new crowns were not ready and no one from the office called me to inform me that they had not arrived. So, I wasted two hours of time going to the dental office to find there were no crowns.

Generally speaking, it seems like this office is having some organizational issues and is not as well run as when it was Dr. Sue's practice.
