Subpar subway (the kids ate there) and they love subway in general, unfriendly staff was talking on the phone and very slow sandwiches just not the usual consistency of a Subway

I thought it would be a nice thing for me and my kids to learn...a language so many people use,even in the U.S. When I recieved my first c.d. I also recieved my first bill. I have tried to cancel my ONLINGO because I can no longer afford it. There is NO place on the website to contact customer service, nor is there a customer site that I can find to get help with the matter.
I have sent two letters and have received no response from ONLINGO, and I was charged $124 yet again this month, and received the tapes for Spanish and German...
