This place has been around since 1985, but you would hardly notice, because it's a bit hidden. Good Japanese noodles or curry for about $6. They have one dish that can be made vegetarian (noodle/vegetable dish). They can be slow, especially when busy - don't gothere with large groups. Close to Old Town.

A little slow, but great food (especially the chicken donburi, mmmmm...).Plus, for less than $6 per dish, a good value as well. Pleasant place to eat in with co-workers or even by yourself.

Great walk-in lunch spot in Old Town. No sushi, but great yakisoba, curry, donburi, teriyaki. Small, comfortable seating area, or take-out. Around $6 per dish.
