You know your in the hood when subway have a bullet proof glass. Anyway service is good but you have to yell out your orders due to the bullet proof.

Amazing people watching. I came in here to grab something before getting back on BART.I had to yell my order through bulletproof glass. It took way longer because of that. I had a seat to eat and watched customers come in one by one yelling their order.Never gets old.

Staff barely speaks English and has a hard time taking direction. I basically had to walk her through how to make a steak egg and cheese then she didn't understand that I wanted a 3" flatbread and not a 6". After a moment of staring at the menu she got it.

This subway restaurant is horrible, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. the owner of the restaurant is an asshole. They serve expired Vegetables. I would never go back here again.
