It's a subway... what are you expecting. The staff is nice enough, but it's subway, so you don't get very much food for your money and I would recommend walking across the street to Joey's subs or McAllister's where you'll get more food the same amount of money.
Pros
+ Reliable... it's the same everywhere
Cons
- it's cheaper to by the stiff at wally world and make your own sandwhich.

I have never been able to go to this location and actually get a sandwich that I want. They are always either already out of meatballs and not planning to make any more (at 5pm!) or out of italian bread. There was an occasion once where they had no bread at all! I have quit visiting this location because it is impossible to go in there and come out with the sandwich you wanted.
