I have been in this subway four times in the past month ,nobody says hello. There is one lady in the back almost always eating ,barking orders at the other hourlys!If she is not doing that she is always talking to her friends over the counter when I try to order my food.I think this lady is the owner or manager. what ever the case may be, she needs to go! I visit alot of subways across virginia @ this one is by far the worst !Do not blame the employees , blame the management.It's hard to screw up a subway sub ,but they do! P.S. by the way i have been to the down town Blacksburg...
