We are a full time photography studio that truly cares about our clients and want to help them document and remember the happiest times of their lives. We have won many, many awards for our work and Scott is recognized as a Master Photographer and Photographic Craftsman by the Professional Photographers of America is a PPA National Award Recipient and National Photographer of the Year in 2009.

Studio Walz is really Scott & Valorie Walz.  We started our business after returning to Lexington from California.  Why Lexington?  We went to UK, met at Second Presbyterian Church, fell in love and were married at the same church.  We love Lexington and Kentucky and choose to live where we fell in love.

I love Studio Walz photography. They are so professional and their work is phenomenal. Scott and Valorie are also great people. :) We have used Studio Walz for senior pics, family sittings, and many weddings! I am always thrilled with the results!!

I was four years old in the first pictures that Scott ever took of me. I can't imagine using any other photographer (he also did my Senior Portraits, many many years ago, along with a couple of other photo shoots over the years). The number one thing that continues to impress me about Scott is his attention to detail. That's something that is hard to find with photographers today. His knowledge...
