I've been to other salons that were bigger, had posher furnishings, played new age-y music, and had walls and walls of expensive products to choose from.....but I've never walked out looking better…

This is a shop where you can instantly feel comfortable. I've been in a lot of the hootie snooty shops around town but I have never had the owner of the salon come over to check a cut. To me that says a lot about their customer service and their level of commitment to their clients.
