I can't say enough great things about this salon. They accomodate my hectic and changing schedule with a smile, even when I am late. Reminder calls help me be there on time and everyone who has cut my hair is a true professional. Several of the stylists have remarked that it is a great place to work and it shows. I found this salon is all pomp but no substance. The guy who did my "highlights" was not very good at all. He asked me what color highlights I wanted but didn't give me any feedback on what color would actually LOOK GOOD. He just went ahead and did the "highlights" but when he blow dried it, there were NO HIGHLIGHTS! Where were the highlights?! I said that it came out darker than I would've...
