Venter & ASSociates - avoid them at all costs!

Venter and associates does not finish any work they do. They hire sub-standard 'laborers' that have no knowledge or training and make them do work that should be done by licensed contractors. The building I live in they owe more than $30k in back taxes owed that is not allowing anyone to refi or sell a unit. they also are responsibile for building violations that were never taken care of (again, lack of finishing any work). Common areas are unfinished as well as lot unlandscaped - still after 1 year of residents living there. They still have 1 unit left to sell and it looks as though that...
