Brought a classic cashmere sweater to have them steam three small tomato sauce spots. They used a bleaching agent and destroyed the sweater. They offered 25% of sweater's value as compensation. Absolute morons in my opinion. I'm telling all my neighbors and anyone that will listen---if you have nice clothes, don't allow these people near them.
